ハタペーニョとは高知県幡多の4キロに渡る海沿いに面する大地で
土佐の太陽と黒潮の優しい潮風を浴びて元気に育ったハラペーニョ（青唐辛子）を
数種のハーブでピクルスにしたものです🫑

新HPでは通販はもちろん、ハタペーニョができたきっかけや、
ハタペーニョ使用したレシピを紹介しているのでぜひご覧ください👍✨

Hatapeño is a land located along a 4km coastline in Hata, Kochi Prefecture.👨🏼‍🌾💻
Jalapenos (green chili peppers) that have grown vigorously under the sun of Tosa and the gentle sea breeze of the Kuroshio Current.
It is pickled with several kinds of herbs🫑

The new website not only sells mail order, but also explains how hatapeño was created,
We are introducing recipes using hatapeños, so please take a look 👍✨
